Self-talk is necessary and obligatory to improve personality. I think that when we talk to ourselves then we see our weakness and area of improvement more clearly .when we give feedback to our own personality then it is very helpful because no one knows us as well as we know our self. Self-talk is a Predetermined habit. When we do any action we must take our self-queries like:

what am I doing?

why am I doing this?

what are its advantage and disadvantage

what effect does it have on the surrounding environment?

Self-talk always must be positive. “First, weigh then speak”. Boost performance with this tactic of self-talk makes us confident, aware, be motivated and be prepared.


Get out of the comfort zone is the will or power. Anything we want from our self, how much we do sacrifices? How much we determine towards it?

The difficult road leads us to a beautiful destination.

Our hard work, consistency, and patience help us to achieve goals.A lot of patience is required and consistency towards a goal is required to achieve their destination. And, it is necessary that we must get out of our comfort zone. A comfortable is a beautiful place but nothing grows in this zone.

“You never change your life until you step out of your comfort zone; change begins at the end of your comfort zone.”


We build a habit in ourselves that makes us more efficient and specifically for work on the area of improvements and weakness convert into a strength by adopting new habits. Happiness can be defined, in the part at least, as the fruit of the desire and ability to sacrifice what we want now for what we want eventually.


If you are determined towards your goal or aim, change your habits to improve yourself and you see no result the maybe you lack something. You must ask for help from others they give you the right direction and learn from other experiences.

Asking for help does not make you, A failure.

“Be strong enough to stand alone, smart enough to know when you need help, and brave enough to ask for it”


This is my favorite tip because I am doing the same and it gives me courage and strength it makes me strong. when I act thing externally then I realize that I can do it. It is like a push that tells me that you are capable of doing it. Don’t tell anyone your weakness. By imitating confidence, competence, and an optimistic mindset, a person can realize those qualities in their real life and achieve the results they see.

“You must be the person you have never had the courage to be. Gradually, you will discover that you are that person, but until you can see this clearly, you must pretend and invent.”
