“The key is in not spending time, but in investing it.” — Stephen R. Covey

“The shorter way to do many things is to only do one thing at a time.” — Mozart

The skill of time management is the main skill of personal and professional life. I always wondering how I can manage things. I always make timetables but all the efforts did not fruitful.

But when I join the Amal Academy, it gives me many skills and techniques to improve my personality. The one technique is the Pomodoro technique time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. The technique uses a timer to break down work into intervals, traditionally 25 minutes in length, separated by short breaks of 5 minutes.

The Pomodoro technique

This experiment is difficult for me because I distract every time and forget about the alarm. When I prioritize that this assignment I have to be done in 25 minutes and I started the social media attracts me and I forget about assignment and started using facebook. And, the other thing that I done during this assessment I arranging my books, pencil and papers etc.

But after it, decided that I work with full my focus I switched off my mobile phone. I start making my assignment again and it helps me a lot .I done my assignment in 20 minutes and it was strange for me.

This makes me happy and feel that how the time is important for me.The thing is not that much tough as I think. Now I always set my alarm of 25 minutes and work with full dignity and I complete my work very soon. I have much time to learn a new skill. My every work is organized in a manner. i make my priority list of work in the last night and when I start first work I set alarm of 25 minutes and take break of 5 minutes. In the break of 5 minutes, I drink water and eat food. In this time, I thinking about my next work. I feel happy that I did not waste my time and make it productive.
